PEG-MGF
Mechanical Growth Factor (MGF, mechanical growth factor, insulin-like growth factor-1Ec, IGF-1Ec) is a protein isoform of the IGF-1 family of insulin-like growth factors, whose structure and action are similar to insulin. The research describes products from this group as being involved in the regulation of growth, development and differentiation of cells and tissues. According to ongoing research, the substance could activate and replenish the muscle stem cell pool, thus contributing to the recovery and develocenterpment of damaged fibres. PEG works as a protective coating. Until now, the product has been tested only on animals.
