🍽️ Suggested Use & Titration Protocol
• Take 1 capsule daily for the first 5 days to assess tolerance to the Niacin flush
• Gradually increase dosage up to the full serving of 5 capsules daily
• Ideally taken away from the training window
• Do not exceed the recommended dose

• Do not use for longer than 8 weeks consecutively
• Take a 2-week break before resuming use
